  26. You can't use Kermit scripts to do ftp transfers.  FTP is 
  27. not a built-in protocol in C-Kermit.  Although it has an "ftp"
  28. command, all this does is run the external ftp program.
  29. Integrating FTP into Kermit has been on our list for some
  30. time, but our list is long and the amount of volunteer help
  31. isn't what it used to be.

  33. A feature that might allow ftp transfers to be scripted
  34. (without actually building ftp protocol into C-Kermit) will
  35. be added in C-Kermit 6.1.  Watch this space for announcements.
